Well, well, well, setting a budget presents quite the conundrum when you've got Italian home theater seats that could easily match the price of a brand-new Mercedes—no, I'm not talking about the C-Class. With the addition of these luxurious items and the inclusion of top-of-the-line built-in kitchen components and high-end appliances, this project inevitably reached an impressive cost of $400 per square foot of construction. It's worth noting that a substantial amount of exterior work is not captured in the pictures here, as it's still an ongoing endeavor. This includes a new pool, boat dock, firepits, artificial turf, landscaping, outdoor media installations, and more.

Almost every custom element at our disposal found its place in this project. From bespoke Miele appliances and luxurious Italian furniture to meticulous custom woodwork, a fully equipped home theater, and the convenience of home automation via Control4. We also installed beautiful French oak floors, a striking 500-gallon custom aquarium, a closet designed to perfection, a new HVAC system, laundry suction ducts, shiplap walls, stone accents, a custom arched entry door crafted from alder wood, handcrafted wood beams, intricate millwork for walls and ceilings, a rejuvenating steam shower with a built-in TV, Swarovski tiles, elegant wallpapers, quartz countertops, illuminated counters that exude exotic charm, Italian interior doors, and the list goes on and on.
